It is not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or reproduce, in any format, any content on this website or linking it to any business or company.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Pluraltex sends orders to all EU Member States, as well as Switzerland, with a delivery time of between one and ten working days, depending on the country of destination.
The carriers with whom we have protocols make deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 7 pm at the address you choose.

Follow my order
When your order is shipped, you will receive a code in your email so that you can locate it on the website of the carrier you have chosen.
If you have difficulties locating your order, please contact the customer support team.

Difficulties in delivering
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, it will try again the next day or contact you to schedule a new delivery. In the specific case of CTT Expresso, a postcard will be left to collect the order at the post office.

Resending returned orders
When an order is returned to Pluraltex under the responsibility of the customer and the customer wants to resend it, or send a new one, it is necessary to pay a fee of €5.00 for orders for Portugal and Spain and €15.00 for orders for other countries so that we can process the new order.
This fee must be paid by bank transfer and proof of payment sent to our customer support team or to the email [email protected], together with the returned order number and the name of the first account holder from the which the bank transfer was made.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment methods
Pluraltex offers the following payment methods: Paypal and credit card.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. All prices are valid unless typographical error.

6. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

General conditions
Pluraltex only accepts returns for products that are damaged in transport or have a manufacturing defect. Products damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.
If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund and will be offered to send this return together with the next order. If the customer refuses and wishes to retrieve the item, he will have to schedule a collection of the items at our facilities and bear the corresponding charges.

Order cancellation
It is only possible to cancel an order if it is in a pending status, which means that it has not yet been packed and has not left our warehouses. For this, it is strictly necessary to do the following:

Order/product returns
Shipping costs are free if the reason for the return is Pluraltex's responsibility.

Product exchanges
Pluraltex does not accept exchange of products.

Refund methods and terms
Pluraltex will do its best to refund the customer quickly, however, maintaining a maximum period of 15 days from the date of arrival of the return to our warehouses.
In the case of canceled orders (paid orders that have not been shipped), the maximum refund period is 5 days.
The refund will be made as follows:
In the case of payment by Paypal or Credit Card, the refund will be made by the same payment method.

Return of transport expenses
We refund the transport costs of orders whose return is the responsibility of Pluraltex (example: defective or exchanged products). However, we do not refund shipping costs if in an order of multiple products only one has problems.
When the return of the order is the responsibility of the customer, the transport costs of shipping and returning the order will be borne by the customer.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take the necessary precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products presented on the website are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders in which product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
Refusal of orders can also be the result of other reasons such as:

• Product out of stock.
• Inability to obtain payment authorization.
• Fraudulent orders.

We do everything in our power to keep your order and payment details secure. But, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you have provided when accessing or ordering from our website.
