By using this website, you agree to the terms of use, which may be updated occasionally. We advise you to visit this page regularly to stay informed of any changes made to the Terms of Use.
Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify services without prior notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, the website becomes unavailable at any time. Occasionally, we may restrict access to certain areas of the website.
Pluraltex is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of any information contained on this website.
Some links on this website lead to external sites belonging to Pluraltex partners. When you click on these links, you will leave the Pluraltex website, and we have no control over those sites, nor do we accept responsibility for their content.
To place an order, you must be over 18 years old and agree to provide accurate information that allows your order to be successfully processed.

At Pluraltex, we have an important responsibility and commitment regarding the security of our website and the protection of our customers’ and visitors’ data.
Our privacy policy is presented below. Any changes to this policy will be posted here in this statement.

What information do we collect?
We collect your name, phone number, postal address, email, and age for marketing campaigns, giveaways, and newsletters. Additionally, when you make a purchase on our website, we also collect delivery address information and payment details.
We may also collect other information about your browsing experience that helps improve our service.

Registration password
Your password is stored in our database using secure encryption. We cannot retrieve your password in any way; you may request a new one through the “Forgot your Password?” link.

Pluraltex uses one of the most secure online ordering systems available and constantly improves its software to offer maximum security to its members.
We use a server certificate — also known as a digital certificate — which ensures our identity, as well as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for data transmission.

All intellectual property rights for software and content available through this website are owned by Pluraltex and are licensed and protected by laws and treaties worldwide. All such rights are reserved to Pluraltex and its suppliers.
You may save, print, or display the content of this website for your personal use only.
Publication, manipulation, distribution, or reproduction of any content on this website in any format, as well as linking it for business or commercial purposes, is not permitted.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Pluraltex ships orders to all Member States of the European Union, as well as Switzerland, with delivery times ranging from one to ten business days depending on the destination country.
The carriers we work with deliver Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 19:00 to the address you choose.

Track my order
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can locate it on the carrier’s website.
If you have difficulty locating your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery issues
If the carrier is unable to deliver your order, they will attempt delivery again the next day or contact you to schedule a new delivery. In the case of CTT Expresso, a notice will be left for you to collect the order at the post office.

Reshipping returned orders
When an order is returned to Pluraltex due to customer responsibility and the customer wishes it to be reshipped or a new order sent, a fee of €5.00 applies for Portugal and Spain, and €15.00 for other countries.
This fee must be paid by bank transfer, and proof of payment must be sent to customer support or to geral@pluraltex.pt, along with the returned order number and the name of the account holder who made the transfer.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment methods
Pluraltex offers the following payment method: Credit Card.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. All prices are valid except in the case of typographical error.

6. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

General Conditions
Pluraltex only accepts returns of products damaged during transport or with manufacturing defects. Products damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.

If we receive returns that do not meet these conditions, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and will be offered the option to have the items shipped with their next order. If the customer refuses and wishes to recover the item, they must schedule a pickup at our facilities and bear the associated costs.

Order cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if they are still pending, meaning they have not yet been packed or shipped. To cancel, you must:

Order/product returns
Shipping costs are free if the return is due to Pluraltex responsibility.

Product exchanges
Pluraltex does not accept product exchanges.

Refund methods and deadlines
Pluraltex will do its best to refund the customer quickly, with a maximum deadline of 15 days from the date the returned order arrives at our warehouse.
For cancelled orders (paid but not shipped), the maximum refund deadline is 5 days.

The refund will be processed as follows:

  • If you paid by MbWay or Multibanco, please provide your bank details so we can issue the refund.
  • If you paid by PayPal or Credit Card, the refund will be issued through the same payment method.

Refund of shipping costs
We refund shipping costs for orders returned due to Ekyval responsibility (e.g., defective or incorrect products). However, we do not refund shipping costs if only one item in a multi-product order has an issue.
If the return is due to customer responsibility, both shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take all necessary precautions to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices on the website are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

Order refusal may also result from:

  • Product out of stock.
  • Inability to obtain payment authorization.
  • Fraudulent orders.

If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you immediately.
We do everything possible to keep your order and payment data secure. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
Ekyval may modify prices without prior notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.
